c-hotels Joy Firenze

“Great stay at c-hotels Joy Firenze! The location right by the train station is incredibly convenient, especially if you are traveling with heavy luggage. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Had a lovely stay at the c-hotel Joy, which was less than a 5 minute walk from the train station We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived to after check out when we collected our luggage. Ousman on reception was most helpful in ensuring we were happy with our stay, as were all the staff. The room itself, although not the biggest was immackually clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and there was a pleasent bar at reasonable prices. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Room was clean but small. The staff were very helpful and polite. There is a bus stop right in front which made it difficult to get to the lobby at times. Easy to get to from the tram. Go a block or two away though to see the nicer parts of Florence.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had a great overall vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location was also excellent—just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The only downside was the bathroom design. The separation between the wet and dry areas wasn’t very effective, so water tended to splash into the rest of the bathroom when showering. Other than that, everything was great, and I would happily stay here again.”
